Sarah and Ian’s wedding day was all smiles from start to finish. I walked into Sarah’s Mum’s house in the morning to a giggling bridesmaid and flower girl, and the happiness and laughter carried on throughout the day.

The dresses, shoes, flowers and make-up were all laid out ready to glam up the gorgeous girls for the day. What a great team of beautifiers they had! (Not that it was needed, Sarah and her girls were all so gorgeous already.)

Father Ken delivered a beautiful church service, but I think everyone would agree that the star of the show was Sarah and Ian’s beautiful Niece who surprised the congregation with a beautiful song – there wasn’t a dry eye in the house!

After the ceremony we were all greeted by gorgeous sunshine, and a LOT of surprise confetti before we all made our way to Craigsanquhar to start the celebrations.

The venue was dressed to perfection by the wonderful venue stylists at Celebre. Flowers and music filled the grounds of the coach house, the saxophonist entertained the guests whilst Sarah, Ian and I sneaked away for some photographs.

It was super easy to get these guys laughing for their photographs – they were already so incredibly happy, which, when you add on the gorgeous grounds of Craigsanquhar and the sun shining down on us, made my job incredibly easy!

We had time for a solid boomerang photo with the girls, and some general silliness for the family photographs before Sarah and Ian returned to their guests, drinks and canapés.

Before we knew it, it was dinner time and the guys nailed all of the speeches – with a little help from Sarah’s brother who was self-appointed MC for the day.

After dinner the party really got going, but not before I managed to steal the happy couple away for some shots in the neighbouring field. Much to Ian’s disappointment, I didn’t get frightened by any hiding pheasants whilst wading through the long grass – soz dude. But we did get some gorgeously natural portraits of the stunningly gorgeous newly weds.

The band warmed up and the first dance began. I personally loved the impromptu bridesmaids back up dancing!

The dance floor filled, and no wonder! How awesome are Classic Noir?! Such a great band to dance the night away to.

Congratulations guys, and thank you so much for letting me capture your amazing wedding day.
