Laura & George’s wedding day beach shoot will forever be one of my most favourite moments of photographing weddings. I didn’t have to give any direction at all, their fun and romantic connection did all the work. They felt completely at ease with me (they probably forgot I was there for some of it) and I loved every second.
I might just have to fly out to the Tasman Sea (or wherever their boat is currently docked) for round two… ⛵️

Saturday the 11th of January - it’s The Cow Shed Crail’s wedding open day 🐄 12-4pm

Throwback to my first wedding at the shed of cows, aka the day I feel more deeply in love with Steven and Sean, my boys ❤️‍🔥

I hope to see some of you there tomorrow! Sadly Steven and Sean can’t make it down, but they did send a message to the group chat:

“BABES im so absolutely gutted you’ll be at the cowshed tomorrow, WITHOUT US. I really feel we should have been there to a) tell everyone how amazing you are b) vet all potential clients to weed out any wankers 😂 have a fab time, and send lots of photos and you neeeeed to get a wee selfie with the DJ DISCO DIVA QUEEN Emily 😍”

From all the emails, whatsapp’s, chats and pre-wedding shoot, we just knew we would be in safe hands with Victoria on our wedding day and as soon as she arrived, we were instantly relaxed.

Vicki was basically my third bridesmaid on the morning of my wedding (she even turned up wearing basically the same colour and cut of my bridesmaid dresses! 😂). She helped me in to my dress and was the BEST hype girl I could have asked for. I felt so confident on the day and I honestly think Victoria was a lot to do with that.

The thing we loved most (guests included) was that you never felt like you were posing for photos, sometimes not even knowing they were getting taken! Victoria is so sleek at engaging you in a conversation whilst snapping away resulting in really natural photos.

Getting our couples photos taken after the ceremony was maybe our favourite part of the day! We had SO much fun! My husband was really nervous about getting photos taken, especially on his own but he spent most of the time laughing at/with Victoria and really enjoyed the process!

Vicki is AMAZING and we are so, so glad we chose her to be part of our special day! If you are thinking of booking Victoria for your wedding, please do it! You won’t regret it! 🤍✨”

I’ve just spent hours pouring through so many ol

I’ve just spent hours pouring through so many old galleries and wow, my heart is FULL.

I had a bit of a “pinch me” moment. How did I get so lucky to have had the absolute privilege of capturing hundreds of the best days of peoples lives?

Not only have I been privy to such intimate family moments, I have been completely embraced by these people. People who come into my life as complete strangers become friends within a matter of hours. I laugh with these people, I cry with them, cheer for them and celebrate with them. How many people can say that about their job!?

I feel truly blessed to have been part of so many of your lives. I hope you all look back on your photographs with as much love and happiness as I do.

If I could hug you all right now I would. Thank you all, so much 🩷

I hope I get to capture many more wonderful days and make more awesome friends.
